Excellent

Communication from both Mark & the company were key to keeping me upto date as I got emails at all stages of the processing. Mark even showed me their online case tracking system which even for a technophobe like me was simple to use & allowed me to check where my application was upto 24/7. The whole process took 5 weeks which was within the 6 weeks recommended. Legals a bit slow at some stages, but Ashfords did a good job & the hold up was at Aviva's end anyway. Overall a good performance from a professional outfit.

This is my second bite at equity release as I’ve received an email from Equity Release Supermarket to say that plans are now more flexible & interest rates have fallen since I took out my lifetime mortgage.

Mark Rumney helped me through deciding whether to stick or twist with regards to staying with Mortgage Express or moving to a new product. We decided on the latter & what a good move that was as I have saved over 2% on my interest rate & was able to borrow extra funds for holidays & some much needed home improvements.

Mark’s thorough, yet gentle approach made the transition easy & he even arranged a new solicitor for me. Have no hesitation recommending this equity release company or the professional services of Mr Rumney.
